Cancellation Policy

Service Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy These terms apply to Dumpster Rentals, Firewood Delivery, and Landscaping Supply Delivery. By booking, you agree to the following: Booking & Delivery Windows: All services must be scheduled in advance. Clients may select either: • Morning Window – 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Afternoon Window – 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. Safe and clear access must be provided at delivery. Deposit & Payment: A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and delivery window. The deposit is applied to your total service cost. Remaining balance is due on the day of service via cash, check, or approved payment method. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of your delivery window (7 AM or 12 PM, depending on selection) will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the delivery window, or failure to provide access upon arrival, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no cost if notice is given 72 hours or more before your delivery. Reschedule requests inside the 72-hour window are treated as cancellations. Weather & Delays: If service must be postponed due to weather, equipment, or other conditions beyond our control, your booking will be rescheduled or refunded in full—your choice. Liability: We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by truck weight or placement. Client assumes responsibility for providing safe placement and for any damage to company equipment after delivery. Ownership: Delivered firewood and landscaping materials become the client’s property upon delivery. Dumpsters remain the property of the company. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
